The enlarged duct draws cold air from the front of the car instead of the engine bay through a duct to airbox connection 149% larger than stock, and the airbox surrounds the filter so it keeps breathing that cooler air. This configuration does not include an air filter, intake pipe, MAF housing or couplers. It is a direct fit with no tune required.

Specifications

Type

Intake duct and airbox (enclosure only)

Includes

Enlarged intake duct, airbox

Tune Required

No

Emissions

Race use only; AMS Race Waiver required for emissions-controlled US vehicles

Quantity

1

Part Number

AMS.50.08.0003-1

Pairs With

AMS air intake AMS.50.08.0001-1

Documents: Installation Instructions (PDF)

This part fits:

Year

Make

Model

Submodel

2022-2026

Subaru

WRX

All
