The straight through design has a 99% larger cross-sectional area at the airbox and a washable pleated cotton gauze filter, flowing up to 30% more than stock on the factory turbo and up to 114% more on a larger turbo. It adds 11 AWHP and 11 AWFT-LBS on a Stage 1 vehicle with no other changes, ships as an open system, and can be closed with an optional plastic (CI100052-A), twill carbon (CI100052-B), or forged carbon (CI100052-C) cover.
