Mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipes in 2\" and 2.125\" diameters join through custom silicone hoses built from four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement. do88 measured 284 CFM across the full system against 203 CFM stock at a 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop, 40% more flow, and post intercooler air temperature fell from 50°C to 25°C under the same conditions.
