Refund policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request. Returns initiated after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact our support team at support@onefastshop.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package.

Important: Do not ship items back without first obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

4. Restocking & Shipping Fees

All approved returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. These fees are waived if the item arrived defective, damaged, or was incorrect.

Cancellations of backordered items that have not yet shipped are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@onefastshop.com. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, and plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, engraved items)
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please submit a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and product availability.

8. European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, for any reason and without the need to provide justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. The same eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2 apply to all EU returns.

9. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@onefastshop.com for assistance.
