DynaPro4R Drag Race front brake kits by Wilwood deliver exceptional stopping power with a significant weight reduction compared to stock brake components. The steel rotors are dynamically mounted, weighing only 5.7 pounds each. Paired with lightweight forged aluminum hats using a T-nut mounting system, these rotors move independently during heat cycles, preventing stress and rotor distortion commonly found in fixed mount steel plate rotors. This design ensures a true and drag-free run down the track.
The clamping force is provided by radial mount DynaPro 4R four-piston aluminum calipers, each weighing just 4.1 pounds. These calipers feature stainless steel pistons, internal bore seals, stainless steel bridge wear plates, and easy pad access for maintenance without caliper removal. The BP-20 compound SmartPads offer high response and holding power in various temperature conditions.
This complete front drag kit mounts directly to the OE spindle with an easy bolt-on installation process. Please note that this kit is specifically designed for drag racing and is not suitable for street use. It requires a minimum of 17-inch wheels and a separate stainless steel braided flexline kit.
