This cold air intake system from aFe POWER replaces the restrictive factory intake on 2.0L turbo Volkswagen GTI applications to increase airflow to the turbocharger, improve throttle response, and unlock measurable gains in horsepower and torque. It pairs a 7” tall, 360-degree radial-flow Pro DRY S air filter—built with three layers of oil-free synthetic media that requires no oil—with a one-piece 3 IN mandrel-bent wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tube and an 18-gauge steel wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield that uses factory mounting points for a direct-fit, bolt-on installation. The filter is serviceable with aFe POWER CLEANER and the kit includes premium hardware and clamps for secure assembly and long-term durability.
