aFe BladeRunner cold-side intercooler tube for the 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost. Built from 3-1/2in and 3in mandrel-bent aluminum, it outflows the stock tube by 17% with smooth transition bends that cut turbulence and pressure loss to add horsepower and torque. It uses factory mounting locations and a billet aluminum quick-connect adapter with an o-ring seal, plus one 1/8in NPT port for a sensor or water/methanol injection. Works with the OE or aFe upgraded intercooler (46-20291), includes stainless-steel clamps and 5-ply couplings, and is finished in wrinkle black powder coat.
