aFe BladeRunner cold-side intercooler tube for the 2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD 6.6L L5P Duramax diesel. Built from 3-1/2in mandrel-bent, powder-coated aluminum, it outflows the plastic factory tube while decreasing turbulence and pressure loss to raise horsepower and torque and lower EGTs. It uses factory mounting locations and a 6061-T6 billet aluminum quick-connect adapter with an o-ring seal, plus one 1/8in NPT port for a pressure sensor or water/methanol injection and retention of the factory air-temp sensor. Includes stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps and 5-ply silicone couplings pressure tested to 200 psi. Finished in wrinkle black powder coat.
