aFe BladeRunner hot and cold intercooler tube kit for the 2008-2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.4L Powerstroke diesel. The TIG-welded 3in hot-side and 3in cold-side mandrel-bent aluminum tubes are a direct replacement for the restrictive factory charge pipes, smoothing flow between the turbo and engine for lower operating temperatures and added power. Dyno-proven gains up to 13 HP and 31 lb-ft, with the cold side outflowing the factory pipe by up to 18% and the hot side by up to 14%. Includes stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps, 5-ply silicone couplings, and 1/8in NPT ports for sensors or water/methanol injection. Finished in wrinkle black powder coat.
