aFe BladeRunner front-mount intercooler for the 2008-2010 Ford F-250 through F-550 Super Duty 6.4L Powerstroke diesel. The 3in bar-and-plate core is 44% larger than stock and flows 40% more air, with 3/16in TIG-welded aluminum end tanks and multi-directional vanes (MDV) that route air evenly through the core. Tested to 200 psi for high-boost use, it delivered a 200-degree charge-air temperature drop and a 100-degree EGT drop in testing, and includes four 1/8in pre-tapped ports for gauges or auxiliary sensors. Backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
