aFe BladeRunner EGR cooler for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke diesel. Built from new stainless steel with fully welded (not brazed) connections and six thick-wall heat-exchanger tubes that resist clogging, it directly replaces the failure-prone factory cooler for longer service life. A complete install gasket kit is available separately (PN 46-90075).
