aFe BladeRunner Street Series intercooler and tube kit for the 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 5.9L Cummins diesel. The 3in bar-and-plate core outperforms OE tube-and-fin designs, with 3/16in TIG-welded aluminum end tanks and multi-directional vanes that route air evenly through the core. It includes stainless steel tubes with a 2-1/2in inlet and 3in outlet, billet aluminum factory-style quick connects, and four 1/8in pre-tapped ports for gauges. Tested to 200 psi for high-boost use, it installs with no cutting or drilling of OEM parts.
