This high-flow cat-back exhaust system from aFe's Vulcan Series delivers durable, race-ready exhaust flow and an aggressive sound for the Ford F-150 Raptor with the 3.5L twin-turbo V6. Built with mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing and a mitered merge x-pipe, the system balances exhaust pulses to maximize scavenging while minimizing drone; dual 4-1/2 IN clamp-on tips with a riveted aFe POWER logo add corrosion resistance and signature styling. Engineered for direct bolt-on installation using factory-style flanges and hangers, the system retains factory exhaust valve operation (valve motors not included) for controllable flow and performance tuning.
