The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 is a side-mounted rear load-leveling helper air spring kit for lifted 2017-2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty SRW 4WD trucks. It adds up to 5,000 lbs of leveling capacity to eliminate squat, trailer sway, and bottoming out when towing or hauling, with air springs adjustable from 5-100 PSI. The side-mount design fits leaf-spring block spacer lifts that retain the factory leaf springs, retainer, u-bolts, and frame-to-leaf distance. It installs with common hand tools, needs no frame drilling, and works with most in-bed hitches.
