The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 rear air spring kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to the Ford Ranger 4WD for towing and hauling. The air springs adjust from 5 to 100 PSI to level the truck under load, reducing squat and improving steering, braking and headlight aim. Rugged components install over the rear suspension as a bolt-on upgrade.
