The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear helper air spring kit for the 2019-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500. It works with the factory leaf springs to add up to 5000 lbs of load-leveling capacity for towing and hauling. An internal closed-cell urethane jounce bumper absorbs shock and lets the springs run safely at zero pressure. Air pressure adjusts from 5 to 100 PSI to match the load.
