The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air helper spring kit for the 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD / 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD / 3500 HD. It adds up to 5000 lbs of leveling capacity to control squat, sway, body roll, and bottoming-out when towing or hauling. Air pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI to match the load, and an internal closed-cell jounce bumper replaces the factory bumper so the springs run safe at zero PSI. The underframe kit installs with no metal drilling, grinding, or removal of factory components and works with most in-bed hitches.
