The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air helper spring kit for the 2003-2018 Dodge and Ram 2500 / 3500 (2WD). It adds up to 5000 lbs of leveling capacity to control squat, sway, body roll, and bottoming-out when towing or hauling. Air pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI to match the load, and an internal closed-cell jounce bumper replaces the factory bumper so the springs run safe at zero PSI. The underframe kit installs with no frame drilling and works with most in-bed hitches.
