The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air helper spring kit for 2021-2026 Ford F-150 pickups (does not fit PowerBoost models). It works with the factory leaf springs to add up to 5000 lbs of leveling capacity and is air-adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI to match any load. An internal closed-cell jounce bumper absorbs shock and lets the springs run safely at zero PSI, eliminating squat, sway and bottoming-out when towing or hauling. The under-frame kit works with most in-bed hitches; no frame drilling is required, though a cutting tool is needed during install.
