The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air spring kit for 2004-2014 Ford F-150 4WD trucks. It works alongside the factory leaf springs to add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity, controlling squat, trailer sway and bottoming out whether loaded or unloaded. The closed-cell urethane jounce bumper sealed inside each air spring absorbs shock and lets the kit run safely at zero air pressure. Air pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI; does not fit Raptor models.
