The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air helper spring kit for the 2017-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty, fitting both single rear wheel (SRW) and dual rear wheel (DRW) models. It works with the factory leaf springs to add up to 5000 lbs of leveling capacity and control squat, sway, and bottoming-out when towing or hauling. Air pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI to match the load, and an internal closed-cell urethane jounce bumper replaces the factory bumper so the springs run safe at zero PSI. The kit includes 2 air springs, brackets, air lines, a Schrader valve, roll plates, and all hardware, and requires no frame drilling.
