The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air helper spring kit for the 1999-2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD. It adds up to 5000 lbs of leveling capacity to control squat, sway, body roll, and bottoming-out when towing or hauling. Air pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI to match the load, and an internal closed-cell jounce bumper replaces the factory bumper so the springs run safe at zero PSI. The underframe kit works with most in-bed hitches; some vehicle modification is required and a minimum of 9 inches between tire and frame is needed.
