The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air helper spring kit for the 2023-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD SRW. It adds up to 5000 lbs of leveling capacity to control squat, sway, and bottoming-out when towing or hauling. Air pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI to match the load, and an internal closed-cell jounce bumper replaces the factory bumper so the springs run safe at zero PSI. The underframe kit installs with common hand tools, requires no frame drilling, and works with most in-bed hitches.
