This kit replaces the rear shocks and coil springs with Air Lift Performance monotube dampers and double-bellows progressive rate air springs, dropping the car up to 5.1 in (129 mm) below stock ride height, a deeper drop than the matching front kit allows. Damping adjusts across 32 levels and the lower mounts are threaded so static height can be set alongside air pressure. Because the compact air spring has to meet the factory rear spring perch, a vehicle specific bracket and hardware kit ships alongside the two dampers, two air springs, spanner wrench, damping knobs and PTC fittings. Air management, meaning the compressor, tank, manifold and controller, is a separate purchase. Air Lift specifies this kit for cars with the 5-bolt front upper strut mount only, so check the strut tower pattern before ordering.
