The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear load-leveling air spring kit for second-generation (2015-2020) Ford F-150 trucks (excluding Raptor). Its reinforced air springs mount over the factory leaf springs and add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity, controlling sag, sway and bottoming out when towing or hauling. The internal jounce bumper allows the system to run safely at zero air pressure, and pressure is adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI. Installation requires no drilling into the frame.
