The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus is a rear load-leveling air spring kit for first-generation (2009-2014) Ford F-150 and Raptor trucks. Polyurethane-reinforced air springs mount over the rear leaf springs and add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity, keeping the truck level when towing or hauling. The Plus variant adds internal jounce bumpers so the kit can safely run at zero air pressure. An internal air line and single Schrader valve per side makes filling straightforward. Installation requires no drilling.
