The AMS Performance charge pipe replaces the restrictive factory plastic piping on the FA24 WRX with a full 2.5 in aluminum pipe and CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum fittings with a cast intercooler inlet bellmouth. AMS rates it at 43% less restriction and 25% more airflow than stock, and the intercooler flange is enlarged 13% over OEM. This version is for cars running the AMS or another aftermarket top mount intercooler, so it ships without the OEM inlet adapter; compatibility with other brands varies by intercooler. The AMS QuickClamp system and OEM-style mounting points make it a plug and play install.
