The AMS Performance Stock Location Intercooler is a direct bolt-in front-mount upgrade for the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost Ford F-150 and Raptor. The bar-and-plate core measures 21 by 10.25 by 5.5 inches and is 115% larger than the factory unit, raising cooling efficiency to 93% against 59% stock while lowering charge-air temperatures by up to 80F. Cast aluminum end tanks with an integrated drain port retain all factory mounting locations and piping, and pressure drop is reduced by 20.5% versus the OEM intercooler.
