APR Front Mount Intercooler Kit - Audi S4 / S5 (B9) 3.0T 2018-2025

The B9 3.0T runs high intake air temperatures even on the stock ECU, so APR replaces the factory unit with a much larger front mounted core. The bar-and-plate core carries staggered and louvered fins and measures 2.25 in x 16.2 in x 22.00 in for 357.5 sq in of frontal area and 804.38 cu in of volume, against 162.4 sq in and 507.62 cu in for the OEM cooler. Cast aluminum end tanks are shaped for low turbulence and the assembly is TIG welded and pressure tested to keep boost leaks out. APR recorded 17 additional wheel horsepower and 23 wheel ft-lbs on a Stage 1 car, and the kit bolts on with the supplied silicone hoses and T-bolt clamps with no trimming or drilling.
