APR Turbo Muffler Eliminator & Outlet Hose - Volkswagen GTI (MK8) 2022-2026

The APR Turbo Muffler Eliminator and Outlet Hose replaces the factory turbo muffler and the outlet hose together, opening the outlet cross sectional area 66% over stock and bringing the charge path up to the full 60mm size used on the higher output Golf R and S3 cars. Deleting the muffler removes a restriction that creates turbulence, speeds turbocharger spool and lets more turbocharger sound through, and unlike some competing parts the APR muffler pipe retains the critical PCV vent path the engine needs. Because no critical seal is required, the muffler pipe is CNC machined from a solid piece of billet aluminum in a satin black finish with no extra gaskets to fit. The black multi-ply silicone hose uses fluorosilicone interior surfaces for oil degradation resistance, EZ-Flow stepped interior lips for a smooth airflow path, and Clampco T-bolt clamps for a secure high boost connection.
