This Bilstein B12 front coil spring set adds about 2 inches of lift to the 2005-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. The heavy-duty progressive springs level the front end, add clearance for larger tires and restore ride height under added front-end weight, working with OE or matched Bilstein dampers. Sold as a front spring set.
