BMW N54 Stage 3.5 LPFP – Dual Walbro 450 + 535 Upgraded Fuel Pump (1100 WHP)

Designed to deliver the fuel volume required for high-boost, ethanol-based, or port-injected BMW builds, this Stage 3.5 Dual Fuel Pump Kit is a complete plug-and-play low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP) upgrade for N54-powered platforms and select E-series BMWs. The assembly supports up to 1,100 wheel horsepower (950 WHP on full E85), providing the reliable fuel delivery necessary for advanced performance and ethanol conversion builds.

This dual pump system uses one Walbro F90000274 450LPH and one Walbro F90000295 535LPH fuel pump. The package features a replacement fuel bucket, a boost-referenced pressure switch (Hobbs switch) for automatic secondary pump activation, and arrives fully assembled for true drop-in installation. All wiring, fittings, and hardware are pre-configured. No splicing, cutting, or crimping required. Compatible with Reflex and Pro EFI controllers. Suitable for stock or heavily modified applications.
