Carrillo Pro-H 3/8in WMC Bolt Connecting Rods - BMW / Toyota Supra B58 3.0L - 5.828in - Set of 6

Are rod bolts included?

• Yes. The set includes 6 connecting rods with their bolts and CP-Carrillo bolt lube.

Can I keep my stock pistons?

• No. These rods are not for use with the original BMW pistons.

What is the difference between the CARR and WMC versions?

• The rods are the same 5.828 in Pro-H design. The CARR version uses multiphase bolts that can be retorqued indefinitely with the stretch method; the WMC version uses H11 tool steel bolts good for about 15 to 18 torque cycles.

How many times can the WMC bolts be torqued?

• WMC bolts are H11 tool steel and are good for about 15 to 18 torque cycles. CARR multiphase bolts can be retorqued an indefinite number of times when installed by the stretch method.

How should the rod bolts be tightened?

• The stretch method is preferred, using a rod bolt stretch gauge and the stretch figure for the bolt code on the Steel Bolt instruction sheet. Torque and angle values apply only when using the CP-Carrillo lube supplied with the rods; with any other lube, use stretch only.
