CSF heavy-duty bar & plate intercooler core in a 22in x 12in x 4.5in (560mm x 300mm x 115mm) cross-flow (horizontal-flow) configuration, rated to 1000 WHP for custom high-performance intercooler builds. Hand-built in CSF's clean room using jigs and fixtures for a perfectly straight core ready for welding, and pressure tested at 120psi for reliability under extreme boost. A multi-louvered high-precision staggered fin design on both ambient and pressure sides delivers maximum heat transfer.
