CSF's all-aluminum front-mount heat exchanger upgrades the charge-air cooling circuit on Mercedes-AMG's 4.0L V8 bi-turbo engine, fitting the W205 C63, AMG GT, E63 and GLC63. It runs a 2-row 42mm core with CSF's B-Tube technology and ultra-efficient 6mm multi-louvered fins, cooling the circulating water far more efficiently than the OEM plastic/aluminum unit for cooler, denser charge air. Regal Autosport testing measured up to a 68% reduction in intake air temperatures and a 400% improvement in heat-soak recovery versus stock. CNC-machined brackets and fittings deliver a drop-in fit with no modifications, and an integrated race-style bleeder screw, hand-polished mirror finish and detachable rock guard round it out.
