Heavy-duty all-aluminum, TIG-welded radiator for the 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma 2.7L and 3.4L, built as a true plug-and-play drop-in for the weaker OEM plastic-tank unit. The 2-row, 42mm core increases coolant capacity and dissipation, using CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology to raise heat transfer roughly 15% over conventional oval welded tubes, with 6.5mm multi-louvered fins for maximum airflow. A built-in heavy-duty 5-plate transmission cooler in the bottom tank connects to the OEM hoses to handle the added heat of towing, low-gear crawling, and oversized tires. Pre-cut double-sided foam strips are included to seal the fan shroud.
