CSF's all-aluminum performance radiator is a drop-in replacement for the MK5/MK6 Volkswagen Golf/GTI, Jetta/GLI, Beetle TDI and Passat, built to add cooling capacity for high-horsepower street and track builds. It runs a 2-row 42mm core using CSF's B-tube technology, which brazes a B-shaped tube to boost heat-transfer surface area roughly 15% over standard oval tubes for dual laminar flow. Ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins with a 6.5mm fin height maximize airflow, and the radiator accepts all factory quick-connect hoses, AC condenser, mounting brackets and fan shroud with no modifications. CNC-machined brackets and fittings, an all-aluminum race-style drain plug and a satin finish round it out.
