This 25" x 12" x 3.5" horizontal flow core is engineered to support up to 1000 WHP, making it a versatile choice for custom intercooler builds. Each CSF core is pressure-tested at 120 psi to ensure reliability under extreme boost and harsh conditions. Hand-built in a clean room, with gloves and precise jigs & fixtures, the core achieves exact brazing and a pristine surface for future welding. A multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design optimizes heat transfer on both ambient and pressure sides, delivering cooler charge temps and more consistent performance.
