Engineered for extreme turbocharged builds, CSF's high-performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core serves as the heart of a custom cooling system. This 24" L x 6" H x 3.5" W vertical-flow core is rated for up to 800 WHP and is pressure tested to 120 psi, ensuring reliability under demanding boost. Each core is hand-built in CSF's clean-room facility, using jigs and fixtures to deliver a straight, high-quality core with a surface prepared for future welding. A multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both ambient and pressure sides delivers superior heat transfer for cooler charge temps and consistent performance during long pulls.
