CSF High-Performance all-aluminum front mount heat exchanger for the Mercedes-Benz AMG 5.5L V8 biturbo (M157), fitting the E63, CLS63, SL63, SL65 and SLS AMG. These engines use an air-to-water charge-air cooling system where a water circuit and heat exchanger cool the compressed intake air; CSF's larger unit cools that water far more efficiently than the OEM plastic/aluminum exchanger. It carries over 40% more tubes than OEM for over 300% more flow area, with a 1-row 23mm super-high-efficiency B-Tube core, 5mm multi-louvered fins and 100% all-aluminum TIG-welded construction. CNC-machined brackets and fittings and an integrated race-style bleeder screw make it a true drop-in fit.
