The CSF Magnum bar-and-plate intercooler core is a universal building block for custom high-performance intercoolers, rated for 900 WHP. This cross-flow core measures 20in L x 12in H x 4in W (560mm x 250mm x 100mm) and uses a multi-louvered high-precision staggered fin design on both ambient and pressure sides for maximum heat transfer. Each core is hand-built in a clean room, vacuum-brazed and individually pressure-tested at 120 psi for reliability in extreme boost applications.
