The CSF Race-Spec Engine Oil Cooler is a true plug-and-play upgrade for the BMW N55 engine, using CSF's AC Condenser Technology with a 1-row super-high-pressure 26mm multi-channel microtube. Its innovative dual-core in-series system adds 5 rows of microtubes on the rear side for an approximate 40% increase in heat rejection, converting the unit to a single-pass design with a high-pressure return line for optimal flow. It directly replaces the factory cooler with no modifications, accepting all OEM oil-line connections, brackets, and ducting. Requires an additional half quart at fill-up (7.5 qt vs OEM 7).

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
