CSF's front-mount triple-pass heat exchanger replaces the single-row 27mm OEM unit on B58 and B48 BMWs (230i, 330i, 340i, 430i, 440i, M240i) with a 68mm 2-row core built on CSF's B-Tube technology. The triple-pass flow design routes coolant through the core three times before it returns to the charge cooler, dropping outlet water temperatures well below the OEM single-pass design. A redesigned tank lets the larger core drop straight into the factory cooling housing, and CNC-machined quick-connect fittings, mounting pins and brackets make it a plug-and-play install with no modifications. Includes a detachable rock guard and a semi-gloss black finish.
