CSF twin charge-air-cooler set for the S63 4.4L twin-turbo V8 in the BMW F1X M5 and M6, the world's first cast-end-tank high-performance charge-air-cooler set for this platform. Developed with Pure Turbos using CFD analysis, the top/bottom cross-flow dual-pass cores are 28% larger than the factory units and significantly cut intake air temperatures at increased boost. It installs as a drop-in plug-and-play upgrade with OEM-style quick-connect water connections and sensor ports, and adds built-in E85/water-methanol injection ports in the cast end tanks. Backed by a lifetime warranty. Finished in crinkle black powder-coat.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
