CSF twin intercooler set for the Porsche 991 911 Turbo and Turbo S, race-tested and validated by leading Porsche tuners. The bar/plate cores widen from the OEM 80mm to 115mm, handling far more airflow and boost than the factory tub/fin design, and are a mandatory upgrade for cars on performance tunes or upgraded turbos. CSF uses 100% TIG-welded cast end tanks that distribute airflow evenly and resist the cracking common to OEM crimped plastic tanks under boost and vibration. Each core is finished with an aerospace-grade nano-particle heat-dispersion coating that sheds roughly 35% more heat than uncoated aluminum, and is pressure tested at 120psi for a drop-in fit requiring no modifications.
