This DeatschWerks adapter converts a 8AN ORB male port into a 6AN male 37-degree AN flare connection. Read the direction carefully: the 8AN ORB end is the straight-thread, O-ring-sealed end that threads into a fuel pump, filter, regulator or fuel rail port, and the 6AN end is the flare end that accepts an AN hose end or flare fitting. The supplied O-ring does the sealing on the ORB side, so the fitting seats against the port face without thread sealant.
DeatschWerks lists a mirror-image part alongside this one, so match the number rather than the description: 6-02-0401-B is 8AN ORB to 6AN flare and 6-02-0405-B is 6AN ORB to 8AN flare. This listing is 6-02-0401-B. Ordering the wrong direction gives you a fitting that will not thread into the port on your pump or rail. 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
