Boom Mat's complete headliner kit lines the underside of a Gladiator hard top with pre-shaped, peel and stick panels, and unlike the headliner sold on its own it also carries the side window panels, so the whole top is covered in one purchase. DEI measured a 3 to 4 decibel drop in interior noise with the kit fitted, which is the difference between raising your voice over the road and holding a normal conversation at highway speed. The material is open cell polyurethane foam finished with a gray polymer surface treatment, and it cuts the radiant heat coming off a sun soaked roof as well as the noise. Every piece arrives pre-cut and labeled, so the install needs no trimming and no special tools. Made in the USA.
