Boom Mat's complete headliner kit lines the underside of a Wrangler hard top with pre-shaped, peel and stick panels, and unlike the headliner sold on its own it bundles the side window liner as well, which covers the whole top for less than buying the two separately. DEI measured a 3 to 4 decibel drop in interior noise with the kit fitted, enough that conversation and the stereo stop competing with the road. The material is open cell polyurethane foam finished with a black polymer surface treatment, so it dresses the inside of the top instead of leaving the bare panel on show, and it cuts the radiant heat coming off the roof as well as the noise. Made in the USA.
