DEI Boom Mat Sound Deadening Headliner Only - Jeep Wrangler JK 2011-2018 - Black Original

Boom Mat's sound deadening headliner is a pre-shaped, peel and stick liner for the underside of a Jeep hard top, and it addresses the two things that make a Wrangler tiring on the highway: roof drumming and radiant heat off the panel overhead. DEI measured a 3 to 4 decibel drop in interior noise with it fitted, enough that conversation and the stereo stop competing with the road. The material is open cell polyurethane foam with a polymer surface treatment in black, so it finishes the inside of the top rather than leaving the bare panel on show, and the foam layer also insulates the cabin against outside temperature swings. Installation takes roughly an hour with no special tools. This is the headliner only, not the complete kit. Made in the USA.
