This drum brake wheel cylinder converts hydraulic line pressure into the outward force that pushes the brake shoes against the drum. It carries two opposed pistons in a 28.58 mm bore and bolts on through two mounting holes. A bleeder screw is included, and every unit is 100% pressure tested for leak free service so it installs with no modification to the original hardware. It is handed to the left front corner and pairs with part 375-54056 on the right.
